Check in was easy and host was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. It is quite a walk from the garage to the third floor especially for my 80 year old mother. Beautiful property and close to restaurants.
Great summer stay at this tranquil location. The creek water sounds outside can’t be overstated. Convenient to everything via a short walk or drive. Great parking too; no fuss with public lots. It is three floors to unit and more stairs to bedrooms inside unit. May not be optimal for some.
We enjoyed our stay at this condo perfectly located near the resort. We came in the offseason and enjoyed its quiet surroundings with resort views. We enjoyed the location, clean/modern feel, and multiple sleeping areas that accommodated our group. The balcony over the roaring brook was a nice perk and would have used more amenities for a longer stay. Covered parking and communication with host were great. Would book again. As previous reviews noted it is a top floor condo with stair access only.
My family really enjoyed the condo, it was very nice, spacious and the owner was very responsive to requests. There are three flights of stairs to the condo, so be prepared for hauling your luggage up from the garage can be a work out.
Our family had a wonderful trip to Steamboat. The hosts were very communicative and quick to respond to needs. The condo was true to the pictures. As others have shared, there is no elevator so you will need to walk up to the top floor.
Wonderful spot for our fam of 6. Comfy beds, cozy fireplace, dark rooms for great sleep. Even the pull out couch bed was comfortable. Kitchen has everything we needed to cook. Very walkable to slopes daily. Little
Bit of a hike going up 3 flights of stairs but property offers wagons to help with trip
From car to condo. Very prompt responses from manager. Would definitely stay here again.
The condo is old, dirty, no paper towels, no toilet paper in the bathroom, no air conditioning. The windows had been chemically treated for bat bugs that were found in the bed. This condo is located on the third floor, not in the third building and has no elevator. One of the worst experiences. Do not rent this location.

Thank you for your review Bill, and we sincerely apologize for the issues you faced during your stay. We reached out to you multiple times but unfortunately did not receive a response.
Regarding the Bat Bugs, many complexes, including ours, in Steamboat experienced an influx of these pests due to a large increase in the bat population this year. Pests can be difficult to avoid in mountain areas, but our HOA was proactive in addressing the issue by treating the window seals to prevent further entry of Bat Bugs. They accidentally left the AC units disconnected from the windows after treatment which we apologize for. We should have inspected the unit before your check-in instead of taking their word that the AC units were re-connected. The complex is currently being treated externally instead of internally, as Bat Bugs typically migrate from areas where bats roost.
Also during this period, our maid service lost several experienced staff members, and the unit regrettably was not cleaned and stocked to our usual standards. Because of this, we have since switched to a new maid service and have not had any further complaints regarding cleanliness.
As for the unit, the pictures provided in the listing are accurate and were taken in September of last year following the completion of remodeling.
Again, we apologize for the inconveniences you encountered and hope to have the opportunity to make it up to you in the future.
My kids and I spent four days in Steamboat and enjoyed our stay. Location, Location, Location—you cannot beat this place for a quick trip to the lift. If I return to Steamboat, I would definitely stay here again. Highly Recommend.Pros-Location-communication with mgmt was quick, friendly and efficient.-Spacious, comfortable, clean-great set up for families - teenagers.-Great beds, slept well.-Smart TV's programmed with various services for you.-Ski Lockers-Garage parking-Lotion in bathrooms-Humidifiers in each room-jenga setOpportunities-The living area could have used another piece of furniture to lounge/relax. Does the desk and monitor setup make sense in this communal living area? - I recommend stocking Kleenex and Paper Towels***There are a lot of stairs to get to and from the unit. It is on the third story and another flight down to the street level. If you can't climb and carry, this will be challenging*****Do not use WAZE for directions to the condo. It will take you to the road behind the complex**
