Exactly as described. They had everything we needed, the space was comfortable and clean, and right on the gulf. We visit Pensacola often and will absolutely be back.

We stayed for spring break and this exceeded our expectations! Rental was clean upon arrival and the views from the balcony were incredible. It was a very family friendly community and we liked that it was about 5 minutes down from all the hustle of the main beach. There was a storage closet off the balcony that had beach gear which was convenient. We also got to see the Blue Angels buzz by on our first night! Check in/out was a breeze! Since we came during spring break the weather was a little unpredictable and the only thing I wish was different would be that the pool was heated. It was ice cold. My kids didn’t mind, but I couldn’t even put my toes in.

Amazing views

This condo was perfect for our group of 4. It’s located right on the beach with amazing views. We loved being able to eat some of our meals here and we loved having two bathrooms! We would love to come back!

Favorite place to vacation!

The Regency Towers and Pensacola Beach is our go-to spot for a vacation! The condos are always comfortable, always clean and always accommodating/equipped! And the location is AMAZING! Right on the beach! We love watching the dolphins in the morning and early evening! Now that we're semi-retired we plan to stay here every year. Hopefully for more than a week at a time!

Lovely condo with everything we could want and more!! Having coffee in the morning on the balcony watching the waves roll in was perfect and watching the sunset in the evening made for a perfect end to the day!!

We came for the blue Angels show in July. I wanted a condo on the beach, which this was, and a balcony which we had, but the balcony is basically unusable the air conditioner vented onto the balcony, which made the balcony feel like a furnace. So you had to make the choice to leave the air conditioner on and cool the inside or turn the air conditioner off so you could use the balcony. Both chairs on the balcony were broken. I ask about beach toys and chairs which I was told we had none so I brought all that stuff from Missouri only to find a closet on the balcony that had a lot of that stuff. There were no extra blankets if you wanted to sit on the couch and watch TV like kids do with a blanket. The washing machine sounded like it was gonna fall apart when you used it. Just a couple luggage carts, which made it hard to get all your stuff upstairs. I felt like the condo was outdated, the couch arms had spots on them, I signed a contract for the condo almost a year ahead of time for one amount and then months later the property company came back and said that was the wrong amount. They offered other options, but none would work for our family. So I had to pay the increased amount. I have stayed all the way down the beach to Indian rocks and Beyond down to Marco Island. None of the condos I stayed in avented the air conditioner on the balcony. we were pleased with the blue angels and everything else we did there. I just was not very happy with the condo.

Spring Break at Pensacola Beach

Our family of 6 came to stay at this unit. Amenities as described, lovely view of the beach from the balcony. Kitchen well stocked. Comfortable beds. We would definitely rent again if we came back to this area.

Overall it was great. Great location, has all the cooking utensils and items you could need. You should bring all your own spices though. They don’t even have salt and pepper. Other than that it was absolutely great.

Terrible customer service, fraudulent charges

The property itself matches the pictures. The customer service from the owners of the rental are awful. They would not let us in until after the posted check in time and then charged my card after we left for damage to an appliance that we did not use.
