Beautiful, clean home in the country with a large yard, outside fire pit, 1 charcoal grills, and a cabana! We also offer table tennis and a dart board to play. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and anything else needed to make a home cooked meal. The property is in the country and is very quiet.

We booked as a good stopping point between my sisters house and a wedding venue and immediately decided “we need to bring the kids here”. The yard is gorgeous. Watching movies by the fire and sipping coffee in the porch in the morning was absolutely perfect.

Another great visit to the upstate

Second stay at this conveniently located and very family friendly home. The hosts are great, easy to work with and the property includes two very cool outdoor cats who like to hang by the fire pit with us. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect for our trip

The home was perfect for our 2 day hunting trip. It was nice, clean, and comfortable. The outdoor patio and fire pit was the highlight. It was perfect for a relaxing cocktail around the campfire.

I've stayed in countless VRBO rentals through the years, and I've never seen one as clean as this one. I generally clean a rental the first hour I'm there (OCD), and this one passed the Clorox wipe test with flying colors. Someone had even made an arrangement of fresh cut flowers for the kitchen table. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked with tools and things travelers usually forget. The property is beautiful, especially the back yard oasis. We had an issue with the HVAC going out on a July 4th--it was in the upper 90s outside--but Bill was fast to respond and very accommodating. We will definitely book this when we're back in Pelzer visiting family.

Excellent stay. The host is extremely accommodating as we have booked it for 3 weeks in a row. We go home on weekends, but the host has been blocking it for weekend rentals, which means we can leave our stuff there for our return. More than gracious....above and beyond.

Local base for hunting and football

Great experience for three generations together to open the hunting season and enjoy some Clemson football. Location was perfect and we could all relax between activities. Lots to do on the property and we really loved hanging with Buddy the cat.

Awesome Stay

We had an awesome stay. We chose VRBO vs a hotel because we wanted a little more space. The home was perfect. The property manager communicated very well to make sure we had everything we needed. There were two very friendly cats that made our stay even more enjoyable. We made a bon fire and slept well. We highly recommend this place.

Unbelievable property 20 minutes from downtown Greensville

This property is beautiful and out in the country. The hosts, Bill and Francie were fantastic, allowing both early chieck in and late check out. I don't have the words to describe how nice this truly was. We enjoyed staying here so much that it might become a yearly get away. You will not regret staying at this location!!!

So much better than a hotel!!

This property was the perfect place for us to relax and unwind as a family during a busy weekend…. two college graduations and a wedding shower. The hosts were very hospitable and easy to communicate with. They provided many “extras” to make us feel right at home. Hope we can stay there again and would recommend this property to friends and family.
