Nice Place; Great Neighborhood!

While the lawn and entranceway are scruffy, the apartment is located in an attractive/safe neighborhood convenient to Wayland Square, Brown University, RISD and Fox Point. The inside of this rental is much nicer than the pictures portray - it is tastefully furnished and comfortable. It served as a perfect home base while we were in Providence to help our daughter move.

Welcome to Providence

We were visiting Providence looking for a place to live in advance of a job relocation.The owners were quick to answer our questions. The neighborhood is walkable and welcoming. The property itself is comfortable, well maintained and spacious.
