Pet friendly, the park across the street was a great place to walk the dogs. Adam the host was very quick to respond to any question i had. We would definitely stay here again
Had a great weekend with family to see some Wisconsin sports! Nice big home with very amenity you could need. Host was great too!!
Thanks for a memorable weekend!
This was a really nicely renovated old house, using the 2nd and 3rd floors. Large rooms and two living rooms so plenty of room to spread out. Walking distance to the lake and a clean pretty stretch of beach. GREAT balcony with lots of seating. Would definitely rent this house again. Went to a Brewer's game and it was a 10 minute drive, same to the Harley Davidson museum and Pabst mansion.
My family came to Milwaukee for a memorial/reunion. This location was a perfect spot for us to see family in town and also recharge after traveling about. We were able to walk across the street for produce/breakfast at the farmers market Saturday. We loved the proximity to the lake. Delicious Anodyne Coffee is 2 blocks away. The parking is street parking, but we almost always had the spot directly in front of the front steps. The pictures were all accurate of the place. It feels upscale but also comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and very fast at responding to questions. We'd love to stay here again!
The place is the upper two floors of a typical east side of Milwaukee duplex - so steps will be involved. Parking is on the street. The place itself swallowed our party of six with no issues at all. The top floor was a favorite place to hang out which was filled with windows and light. Furnishings are very eclectic but nice and fun with a wide mix of styles from various periods. The place was very clean and everything worked as expected. We have stayed at places that are better provisioned but we didn't lack for any necessities. The location is excellent. Close to downtown, close to the airport and across the street from a large park that over looks lake Michigan. You can see lake Michigan from the place. Overall, it was a good value and met our needs nicely.
My friends and I stayed here for a girl’s weekend. We all fell in love with this house. The house was decorated so beautifully and the layout was fantastic. We had plenty of space. It’s located in a great neighborhood and you’re right across the street from a park. We were able to enjoy the farmer’s market, the beer garden, and the walking paths. The owner, Adam, responded quickly to all of our questions. I highly recommend the place and would stay here again.
