Essential Stay Details
• Parking: Secure parking is included at no additional cost. Please inform us if you have a non-standard vehicle to ensure the space is a perfect fit.
• Cleaning: A one-time $390 cleaning fee applies at booking. We also offer optional weekly or bi-weekly professional cleaning on an hourly basis.
• Booking Rates: As a Canadian company, rates may display in USD on some platforms, but a full breakdown in both CAD and USD is provided before confirmation. We accept all major credit cards except American Express.
Important Policies and Notes
• BC Rental Regulations: Per provincial guidelines effective May 1, 2024, the minimum stay is 90 days. Rates shown are typically based on 12-month terms, but custom quotes for various lengths of stay are available via CheckedIn.
• Smoke-Free Environment: A $500 fine applies for smoking or vaping (including marijuana) anywhere in the unit or building.
• Check-In: Detailed property and check-in instructions will be sent to you by CheckedIn prior to your arrival.
• Cancellation: We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Reservations are refundable (less a $175 fee) up to 30 days before travel; within 30 days, they are 100% nonrefundable. Multi-month stays require 30 days' written notice for departure.
