Perfect house to enjoy the lake, go into Charlevoix, and explore surrounding areas. House was well-stocked for cooking dinners in with great views of the lake, sunsets from throughout the house and deck. We also enjoyed the kayaks and yard toys for the kids. Check in/out instructions were very clear and house exactly as described. We loved relaxing here with family on our first trip to Michigan.

Wonderful lake house! Everything about our stay was perfect! Ashley & Keith were very gracious hosts. Jamie the property manager was so welcoming. The home was meticulous. And the kitchen was very well equipped. Our family loved how well designed the house was inside and out. And the furniture and beds were so comfortable. The Lake is amazing! Beautiful in every way. We have many lovely memories of our stay at the Loeb Lake House!

Wonderful home to just relax and enjoy time with family. We especially enjoyed the back deck overlooking the lake with the comfy furniture. There were no fish to be found, so we could not fish from the dock. The second refrigerator in the garage was a huge help. Could have used more seating around the kitchen table for family meals and board games. Overall, we had a great stay!

Great beach right in the front yard, shallow water for walking out to swim or play with water toys. The house has a bunch of great seating/couches for our group of 6-8 people and we used the fire pit for s’mores and the Weber for steaks. The house has everything, no need to run out for a blender, no issues with the utensils, it’s a fully kitted house. We will go back. Location is really nice for beach boats.We rode bikes on the trail 1/2 mile from the house all the way out to the beach, then through town and back along the harbor. Only 1/2 mile has traffic, but the shoulder is wide so not an issue. We brought SUP’s and two sailboats, really easy to launch and wander the lake.

First time to Charlevoix for some of us. The Loeb Lakes house is a beautiful home, inside and outside. Traveled with a group of 5, three were elders. Jamie, the property manager next door, was fantastic in making us feel welcome and helping with finding bed stools for the elders, and with operating the fans and lights. The home is decorated beautifully, kitchen is well stocked, plenty of plush towels, very clean and cozy. The home has been renovated beautifully, appreciating the natural stone fireplaces and stained wood doors and jambs. For those who love soft mattress they will love these beds. We Enjoyed the firepit one night, appreciated the addition of pea stones in lieu of sand. The deck furniture is comfortable and we enjoyed it very much once dry from morning rain and dew. Sunrises are lovely watching from the sun room and deck. Enjoyed dinner w/live music at Bridge Street Tap Room recommended by Jamie. Also enjoyed dinners @ Chandlers wine room in Petosky, sunset dinner at Nomad Bay Harbor, Vue Wine Bar and Weathervane in Charlevoix. Made some wonderful memories at the lovely Loeb Lake House.

The only thing I have as an improvement is some of the beds were really high up and my parents had a hard time getting in them. They were super comfortable though. The only other thing is the knives were very dull and you couldn’t cut anything with them. It was a beautiful spot and the view was spectacular. My family really enjoyed the place and the stay.

Beautiful lake views, house was spotless. The host Jamie was very friendly and helpful, kitchen had everything to make your stay enjoyable and we enjoyed the kayaks!! Highly recommend the Loeb Lake house!

The house was just as described, being situated on a nice beach with great lake views. The hosts were helpful and nice. Highly recommended if looking for an Up North rental on a lake.

This was a great house for a multi-generation family vacation. Couldn’t beat the beach and shallow lake area, especially for the younger kids. Location to Charlevoix was very convenient. Property manager was also great and helpful for any questions. We had a wonderful visit and would definitely recommend the Loeb Lake House!

Weekend away!

While at our time up north, this property provided more than enough reasons to book for next year. So much room It really made us wanna book for a whole week next time such an amazing experience, the host provided the best time ever can’t think to host enough.

Great location and cottage!

We loved our week at this cottage. Unbeatable water access right on Lake Charlevoix. Also lots of space to host a family of 7. The master bedroom is the best room in the house. Tons of natural light and lake views for miles. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing place!

We stayed at Loeb Lake House for a weekend to attend a wedding at Castle Farms. There could not be a better location. This place was fantastic - it had everything we could have needed. The beds were very comfy and Ashley was attentive, quick to respond, and made us feel at home. The space is very charming and we did not want to leave.
