We stayed here for a wedding. The place was lovely, and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Our hosts were great. The place is situated close to most of Olympia. Overall a great trip!
Went to Olympia to visit Friends. The property was great for my family and located close to everything Olympia has to over. Would definitely stay here again!
Great rental, well equipped, bigger than in the pictures
We rented both sides of this duplex. It was great for 6 couples with room(s) to spare. Very well equipped kitchens, great outdoor spaces, lots of games. We walked to SF St Bakery for fresh treats every morning. Very comfortable.
This is a very nice little house that comfortably fit eight of our family members, celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with family in Olympia. The house is very nicely decorated, with any kitchen supplies that may be needed. We liked the location, close to downtown and lots of good restaurants. Our thanks to the hosts!
We were in Washington for a basketball tournament. It was 3 families in total and the place worked out perfectly. We had 4 13 year olds that stayed in the 1 room with the bunk beds. There was tons of games for the kids to play and a great place to hangout for the parent's.
The property is great. The host was very caring when we had medical and car key issues. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has most of what we needed (we cook a lot). We are a local group of senior quilters who got together to sew. There were 8 of us. Some of us spent the night and some went home. Staying local allowed us to meet the requirements of our regular life. We are all sports fans and the major challenge we had was using the TV. It was a big sports weekend - baseball, basketball, tennis, hockey, figure skating. None of us have streaming, we all have cable. We finally figured out how to go through my cable to stream some of the shows we wanted to watch on my laptop. I know we are dinosaurs but maybe a way to watch or knowing in advance what we needed to bring and how to hook it up. I know this is a minor challenge for most people. We would definitely stay here again and I can wholeheartedly recommend the Sizzl-INN' Seagull.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The property was never described as a duplex. We heard the neighbors the entire weekend. They weren't loud but if we could hear their conversations when they were outside.
The property was clean was all the basics included. The rooms could use ceiling fans for the warm months versus the standing fans.
The property next door is an eye soar. Noted there's nothing that can be done about that
This home was perfect. Our Plumbing crew always performs at their best when they have a clean, comfortable and home like feel to come back to after a long day in the field. Thank you and we will definitely look for this property on our next visit.Simpson Plumbing Crew

Hi I’m Courtney, I work at St. Peter's Hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Surgical Admission and Discharge Unit. I grew up in Olympia and have enjoyed being back in my hometown now for 10 years. My husband Zach is an avid golfer, is the Head Men’s Golf Coach at St. Martin’s University and works as the Assistant Golf Pro at The Olympia Country Club. We love the Pacific Northwest and are always down for a camping adventure, getaway to the ocean, or hiking in the Olympics. We love being hosts and enjoy having the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all around the world :)
