Cockroaches and check in was not smooth

Stove knobs (to turn on) - faded or no labels can be read… Not sure which direct to turn for: on/low/medium/high./off Can be a fire hazard. Drying dish rack - far from the sink, how do you dry the dishes without getting the floor wet ( which can cause slip and fall). Too close to the stove, can melt the dish rack. Rubber mats in the bathrooms - should be inside the tube area and not on the outside as this is wats needs to prevent slippery floor. Main switch doesn’t work - according to the health Marshall that helped us go inside. No proper instructions - where to get the key, Front desk lobby was unable to read the had-writing ( can’t tell us it’s letter A or what). No paper towels refill - the one that was provided only had three left. Sinks. The stopper was so hard to figure out how to put up. No comforter in one of the rooms. And most of all- cockroaches ! We’ve seen at least 10 of them.
