Beautiful condo on resort property. The lanai directly overlooks the Bali Hai mountain range with ocean views. Could see birds and waterfalls from the patio was great.

Great laid back resort with amazing views. Food options a very minimal need to go out to eat unless you want piazza all the time. Happy Talk is not a option at least for us.

This property offered an excellent view of the bay with a mountainous backdrop. Our stay was over a month and our few requests were quickly addressed by Dave, the owner. The folks at the resort were all friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The resort was well kept up and provided a lot of amenities. The condo felt big for a studio and provided everything we needed.

GREAT ITEMS:*Hanalei Bay Resort. Beautiful property with wonderful staff! George, Lillian (who has been there over 40 years!), and all the other staff were kind and inviting. *Convenient & free Beach access with complimentary golf shuttle service back and forth. *The whole vibe of HBR is relaxed, natural, not overstated. There was no riffraff or obnoxious people their.*Two beautiful restaurants on site with quality service & food. (Days & Hours are limited)*The View from our Unit. We loved the view of the resort grounds with the backdrop of the Na Pali Coast from our third-floor deck.*The unit has a very comfortable king size bed; we are trying to buy one for our home!*The unit comes with everything you need! Including paper towels, soaps, beach towels, microwave, fridge,...*We love the north shore way better than the south shore of Kauai. It is much more beautiful!*Parking is close to the unit and always had spots available.*Air conditioning worked great.OTHER ITEMS:*Other than all the many great items above, the unit itself is not special. It could use some tender love & care as well as refreshing.*The deck is connected to another unit to the left. There is a visual lattice divider between us, but we could clearly hear them whenever they were on the deck.*The kitchenette is small.*Bathroom tub is dated and not romantic.*Be aware you need to walk up two flights of stairs to get to this third-floor unit.*The TV is in an awkward location to view.

This is a beautiful resort and the room had an incredible view and was very comfortable. The bed was amazingly comfortable and we could wake up to the beautiful view right from the bed. Great beach. Onsite restaurant was really good. The host is kind and responsive. We will return soon!

The owner responded promptly to questions. The condo was accurately described in the listing. It is a little dated, but the view and deck were spectacular. A perfect place for breakfast. We appreciated the in-unit laundry. The property was beautiful, very quiet & well maintained. We enjoyed the beach, pool and pickleball. Staff were all friendly. The restaurant/bar were good. FYI The restaurants do not open until late afternoon and they do not deliver to the pool. As indicated there are additional fees. We paid a check in fee, parking and resort fee. We would stay here again.
