Quaint, pleasant, convenient

I was staying in the area as I had business at Ave Maria University. Much better stay than one I would have had at a Naples Hotel. The room is quite nice, the bed is good, and there are TV's everywhere. Very happy and will stay here again.

Close to Ave Maria

We were looking for a clean and affordable place closer to Ave Maria than hotels in either Fort Myers or Naples. This property served our needs well.

Exceeding expectations

Everything was great! Nice outdoor breakfast area. Kitchen had everything I needed and more! In fact, the entire residence was well equipped. A very pleasant stay!

Great room, a little far from naples

everything was perfect. the room was big and comfortable and private. the only thing i didn’t realize was how far it was from naples. about 40/50 minutes from the beach

Our anniversary stay

The property was lovely and everything we could need was provided. My only complaint would be that the AD mentioned a whirlpool spa and we were a little disappointed to find that it was not accurate. The peaceful scenery and quietness of the location made up for it though.

Perfect Quiet Retreat

Cute and cozy unit, great host! Spacious studio and bathroom, walk in closet, separate kitchen area with huge patio. Very comfortable bed, slept in each morning. Fun, bright decor throughout the unit. 3 TVs. Enjoyed relaxing in the screened patio in the evening for dinner. Calm, quiet and comfortable place! Just what I needed!

We arrive late and Cristina came out to greet us. It was funny because she came out of no where and the place is in the woods LOL! so I jumped up but we had a good laugh out of it. I say in the woods because I'm a city girl . She had lights all around so it was good and very peaceful. The place was better than we expected , the bed was amazing, we slept all night and didn't want to get up. They had everything and anything we need . She was very responsive when you reach out We loved it and definitely planning on going back .

Best Experience Yet

Many times when you read the description of a rental, you find that it is made out to be nicer than it actually is when you get there. Not so in this case. It was as pleasurable as experience as I've ever had in a rental. The description is very accurate. I wouldn't call it an apartment, though. It's much nicer than that. It's more like a mother-in-law suite at the back of a beautiful property. It was very quiet and peaceful. Extremely clean and comfortable. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would enthusiastically do so.

Loved it!

I came in one day early before working in Naples and found this lovely spot to stay. Very clean and neat and beautiful with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen was well stocked with all the accessories you could ask for including a crockpot. I did not have to use any of this, but it’s nice to see. A friend joined me for the dinner hour on the screened porch. It was a lovely spot for a glass of wine and some Eggplant Parmesan from a local restaurant. The host are very responsive. I had trouble with the remote for the television. He stepped right over and helped me within a couple minutes and I was able to go right back to relaxing and enjoying. Totally recommend.
