Depending on how many guests, 3 bedrooms are available.

** If there are 1 -2 guests: 1 bedroom - double-sized bed, one full bathroom with bathtub, living room, dining room, kitchen, washroom and verandah.

** If there 3 - 4 guests: 2 bedrooms - double-sized beds, one full bathroom with bathtub, living room, dining room, kitchen, washroom and verandah.

** If there are 5 -6 guests:
2 bedrooms - double-sized beds, one full bathroom with bathtub, living room, dining room, kitchen, washroom and verandah.
1 Ensuite - 1 full bathroom with walk-in shower and queen-sized bed.

Ensuite bedroom is available ONLY for party of 5 - 6 guests.

* WHEN DOORS OR WINDOWS ARE LEFT OPEN (for more than 3 mins) OR:
* IF THE ROOM IS DEEMED UNOCCUPIED (with all entrance doors to this room closed, eco-sensor needs to detect body movement at least once to deem room as being occupied. With room deemed occupied AC will operate normally).
