We have stayed here numerous times and we’ve never been disappointed. Dan is an amazing host and always goes above and beyond to make sure our stays are enjoyable. The location is great and is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, right on the water.
The place is better than the pictures. We had activities during the day, but the mornings and evenings were a perfect environment to relax and enjoy company of friends and family. Owner is very accommodating.

This is Dunn and her family were wonderful guest. There’s was a brief stay, but they could not have left the house in a much neater condition. it would be an honor to have them as a guest again.

Daniel was nothing short of an amazing host. He bought me fishing tackle, gathered fishing tips from local fishermen for me, took us on an amazing trip around the island on his boat and was very knowledgeable of the area, it’s history and attractions. Great place to stay, very safe, very quiet, good fishing, fully furnished house. Highly recommend this place, we are already planning a trip back.
Stayed here for two nights with some friends for a fishing trip. Gotta pay attention to the tides. But the house was very homey and Dan was a very hospitable host.

It was a pleasure to have them as guest. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The writer is correct, in CEDAR KEY You must pay attention to the tides, even more, so, if you are not going out of the public boat ramp. They were five star guest.
About the host
Hosted by .
I am a 61 year old Lifelong FLORIDA resident and 20 year CEDAR KEY resident. I’ve been in the construction industry all my life, I’m a veteran of the Air Force. I’m just a small businessman with one rental property trying to make a living , And Possibly save enough money to one day be able to retire. That’s where you come in. I continue to make myself available 24 hours a day seven days a week for my guest, answering any questions they may have and to give suggestions on boat rentals, fishing, charters or restaurants
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because it’s on the water with easy access to the Gulf, and it’s off the beaten trail. It’s a quiet little street.
What makes this property unique
The decor. I don’t want to have a rental that was sterile and cookie Cutter like. I wanted the place to have personality. I wanted my guest to feel like they were coming home. I have had multiple guests tell me, that it is unlike any other rentals they have ever had on VRBO. There’s plenty of knickknacks and unique items of interest, including 120-year-old playing baby grand piano. And the kitchen is appropriated so well that you could cook a Christmas or Thanksgiving dinner and find nothing that you would need. It takes longer to clean The house between guess, but I think it’s worth it
