Villa Zafiro is on a beachfront residential/vacation development, Lighthouse Point Estates (LPE), that is located with the exclusive Costas Palmas resort on its west and the famous Cabo Pulmo National Marine Park on its east. The 3-mile beach in front is pristine and swimmable and offers unimaginable ocean life and ocean sports. Sunrises and sunsets are legendary. There is no better paradise on earth.
All guests visiting Lighthouse Point Estate will recognize the unprecedented magnificence of this location. Our eastern neighbor, Cabo Pulmo, was called the “Aquarium of the World” by Jacque Cousteau. Being next to this marine sanctuary allows the oceanfront of Lighthouse Point Estates to be incomparably beaming with life: from turtles frequently traversing the sandy beach to lay eggs, countless manta rays schools performing aerials above the water, and the sighting of whales and dolphins in ocean surface all make this site a seaside wonder of other-worldly proportions.

This is a unique all-inclusive vacation offering --- inclusive of entire villa and all ancillary structures, high-end culinary and beverage offerings (including alcoholic), butler/housekeeping services and supervised use of all villa-owned ocean toys and equipment.

The quoted rate is for use by up to four guests for an all-inclusive experience. ANY ADDITIONAL GUEST ABOVE 4 PERSONS PAY AN ADDITIONAL $500 PER DAY PER PERSON. The charges include exclusive use of the 5 bedroom villa and its accessory architectural amenities, food & beverage including wine, beer, cocktails and after-dinner drinks, in-house butler/housekeeping services, all vehicles and ocean toys/equipment under supervision.

The water recreational activities are supporting by the following villa-owned equipment: a 9-person capacity Zodiac 490 inflatable boat with 90hp Yamaha outboard engine; two Seadoo jetskis; two UTVs (side-by-side 4-wheelers); two Hobie Tandem Mirage sailing kayaks; two Step-Paddle boards; two regular paddle boards; three kayaks; two surfboards; one Lift e-Foil. All these are for guests to use without time restriction but can be limited by weather conditions and safety considerations.

OFF-SITE:
Scuba diving at Cabo Pulmo National Marine Park – for certified and non-certified divers. (Certification classes can be arranged to be payable to third party.)
