Cozy, fully equipped, guest house. Far up in the East Bay Hills, bordering Redwood and Sibley Regional Park. Montclair District of Oakland, is a safe well taken care of rustic neighborhood in the urban green belt. Cottage is in the style of the tiny house movement. The panoramic view of the entire Bay Area from here is incredible. A private deck and abundant parking. Lots of flora and fauna. Take BART to San Francisco from Rockridge station. Bring your mountain bike, hiking boots or just relax.
