It's time for a getaway to Phoenix on the Bay 1312. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom bay view condominium is on the third floor and will comfortably accommodate four guests.

The décor has a fun flair of bright colors, splashing like waves. Comfortable seating in the living room with many pillows and incredible views of the Bay. Sit & enjoy the flat-screen TV or floor-to-ceiling views from the private balcony. Sip your coffee while watching boats sail by or an afternoon cocktail when the sun is setting. The fully equipped kitchen will have everything you need. Pull up a dining room chair or barstool for a snack or meal.

The main bedroom features a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The main bathroom has a large garden tub and a separate shower. Your guest bedroom features a queen bed with access to a bathroom in the hall. There is a sleeper sofa is in the living room if you have an additional guests. A washer and dryer is in the condo for wet swimsuits!

Guests love the shared pools, waterslide, lazy river, fitness facility, and hot tub. Want more to do while on vacation? Call a local marina and rent a boat with a captain to pick you up on-site. You can find so much more within a short drive to the east or west of Phoenix On the Bay. We would happily recommend local restaurants or places in our island paradise.

Amazing place to stay!

Absolutely love this place. I would 100% stay here again and would refer anybody and everybody to stay as well. I will say as with the other reviews there are quite a few blind slats missing. They were there but not put up, stuffed in the corners. Not sure if they were old ones or new ones. I would just get dark curtains. I do feel like the owner should stay for a few days in each room and cook a few meals and then you will be able to see what is missing.

Great Family Getaway

We had a great stay at this condo. Our kids loved the amenities, and everything was nice and clean. The only issue we had was that the blinds are missing some slats, which meant we had no privacy at night. We also couldn’t get the TV in the living room to work, but I’m sure that was probably user error.

Amenities Don’t Outweigh the Quality

My family and I stayed at this location during the week of the 4th. We specifically needed a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit and were initially drawn to this place because of the lazy river and water slide for the kids. The property management company was very responsive and accommodated our request to arrive a little early. Upon arrival in the afternoon, we discovered that the condo was missing a majority of the blinds, which meant there was no privacy in the unit at night. This was quite unsettling, especially when we noticed a couple across from us using binoculars. In addition to the lack of privacy, the overall cleanliness of the condo was disappointing. There was a significant amount of dust accumulation, and our feet would turn black from walking around. I did some research and found that previous guests had also complained about the floors and blinds. The property management team responded promptly by sending someone to remop the floors on July 4th. While chatting with a condo owner by the pool, I learned that all condos in the complex are managed by the same property management company, which is responsible for everything. It made me wonder if the individual condo owners were aware of the current state of the condo. I have stayed at other Phoenix properties before and have had no complaints. However, in this case, I feel that we did not receive the value for the money spent.
