Unit #2802 at Lighthouse on the Bay - (formerly Phoenix on the Bay II) located in Orange Beach, this 8th floor condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. This top-floor condo has been recently updated with new living room décor and a brand-new HVAC system. The condo has tile flooring and crown molding throughout, and comfortably accommodates six guests.

The living area provides access to the balcony through floor-to-ceiling glass doors and is furnished with a new queen sofa sleeper, three oversized armchairs, a white leather ottoman/table, and a flatscreen television.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a flatscreen television for you to enjoy! Its ensuite master bath features a double vanity, a garden tub, and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom includes a queen size bed and a flatscreen television. The ensuite bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo.

The spacious kitchen is nicely stocked, has a standard coffee maker plus a Keurig, and has Corian countertops and modern appliances including a flat top stove and side-by-side refrigerator. The wide breakfast bar seats four.

Adjacent to the kitchen, our dining room seats six. You'll love having your meals there while enjoying the beautiful bay views! And for cocktail hour, our wet bar offers a wine fridge, glassware, and a stereo for entertaining guests.

You will love the breathtaking views of Terry Cove, Perdido Pass, and the surrounding islands from our spacious balcony. There is seating for 4 at the balcony table plus a comfy chaise lounger for relaxing and soaking in the view!

We enjoyed our time at the condo very much. Every thing was as advertised. View from the patio was beautiful. We did have one issue while we were there, but it was addressed promptly to our complete satisfaction and the people we dealt with were great. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful spring break getaway!

This condo was exactly what we had imagined for our spring break getaway. The view alone is worth the trip! The host was wonderful and very accommodating to our last minute request of staying an extra day! We will definitely be back and renting again!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo very much. Everyone we encountered was so friendly. The setting is stunning. Our condo was perfect for us. It was near the very end of the building so we could easily watch boats going in and out. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed with many special touches throughout. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.  We will definitely be renting this condo again on a regular basis.

Wonderful Clean and Comfortable Condo

The condo was just as the pictures. It was super clean and comfy. We enjoyed our stay. The lazy river was super. Only drawback was the primary bedroom mattress was super hard. Perhaps some will enjoy that. We did not. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Great location and pool area

The property was nice, my only complaints are that the floor was really dirty in the unit, there was no option at all to check in early which can be a pain for folks coming with kids like myself that arrive early, and the pool area didn’t supply any tubes for the lazy river which wasn’t stated up front so we had to go find a store to buy stuff to use. Outside of that the place was great.

We loved this condo! The building and grounds are immaculate. The unit is spotless and very well appointed with anything that you may need. The view is incredible. The beds and furniture are comfortable. We loved that we could park on the same level that the unit was on, which made loading in and out so easy. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay in Orange Beach. We went sailing, bike riding, Segway tour and a lot of walking. There were many fantastic restaurants to explore and enjoy. Hope to return in the future.
