Second Floor Condo, `REMODELED`Beautiful lake views. All the amenities you could want with an on-site restaurant, Heated Pool & Spa, covered picnic area BBQ grills, Tennis, Pickleball Basketball & Exercise room. Right in the middle of Naples, within walking distance to numerous Restaurants & Shops within minutes of the Village Shops on Venetian Bay, Mercato, Waterside Shops, and of course Naples Famous Beaches.

**PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A $115 RESORT FEE THAT IS PAYABLE UPON CHECKING IN, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THIS WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD**

There`s parking conveniently located directly in front of the building.

Wander around walkways and wood bridges directly to the lush tropical gardens and gorgeous waterfalls. Park Shore Resort is where you need to be for your short or long-term Vacation in Stunning Naples.

The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units.
In the lobby, you`ll find 2 computers and a printer with w/internet access. In addition, there`s on-site, pickle-ball, tennis, a small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub, and 6 BBQ grills.

The resort`s prime location West of Hwy 41 (Tamiami Trail) is within close proximity to restaurants, shopping (Waterside shops, Venetian Bay), and famous downtown Naples, only 1 mile to the beaches. Art lovers will appreciate the neighborhood of ARTIS – Home of the Naples Philharmonic and The Baker Museum of Art.

The resort is approximately 30 miles/minutes from Fort Myers International airport (RSW). Free parking is provided on the premises. Biking/ walking to the beach is possible and Ubers/Lyfts or taxis are plentiful in Naples.

2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be turned into a King bed, please let us know how you would like it. Also, we offer Pack n plays or high chairs at no additional cost but you must tell us in advance before your booking so we can confirm and organize these items.

Great stay - high recommend!

We stayed for a week plus and were delighted in all regards. Great location, exactly as shown and described, well furnished and very clean. All of Naples is easily accessible, and a good selection of grocery stores and shopping close at hand. We plan to return on our next trip.

Could have newer linens for beds and bigger bath towels.Rugs in bathrooms were a tripping hazards.Washing machine had a funky smell. 2 nd Bedroom closet had a rolled up large rugHost was very accommodating when toaster had to be replaced. He sent someone right away to replace outdated blinds. I was in a very friendly community which had nice amenities.

This property was beautifully taken care of. It is very well equipped and very pretty too. We immediately felt at home. The location is also very close to nice restaurants and a nice beach. I had cleaning supplies for any situation and had a great supply of anything you may need. I felt like the owners already knew us! Highly recommend!!!

Excellent Naples location

Park Shore Resort is older condo-tel community built in 1980's. Most units are updated. On site pool is very nice. Location is one of Naples best and convenient. This unit is well equipped and manager, Josh Emberg, is terrific - responsive, agreeable, anticipates clients needs and gives clear instructions. I have rented many times in Naples and Josh is great. This unit is a good value and we're happy that we stayed here.

We were sad to see that the balcony was closed off. We were notified that there is construction going on when I asked what is being done and how it would affect us I never was told that the balcony is closed. Hope to get some compensation for it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Park Shore Resort. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well equipped. Very nice property with a courtyard, water fountains, an assortment of birds, turtles and fish. Convenient location. Everything was 5 stars!
