Cozy Vacay-Condo close to the theme parks!
Enjoy this gated spacious 1st floor condo, centrally located to Orlando Attractions. Near by Theme Parks, outlets, Orlando Convention Center, I-Drive attractions, Restaurants, Bars & Lounges, Springs, and around 45min to Cocoa Beach & Nasa.
It is conveniently located to Grocery stores and gas-stations.
The unit provides a Baby Crib at no charge.
Excellent family vacation place to take advantage of what central Florida has to offer you.
The space
You are in the middle of everything you need. For your groceries, Sam's Club is next door and Target is 2 min away. The 192hwy is the first light when you are out of the community. This Hwy takes you to all the Disney Parks and connects you to the I4 which takes you to Universal, Seaworld, Outlets, International Drive, Cocoa Beach when you go East, going west you'll get to Legoland and Tampa(Clearwater Beach).

Cozy Vacay was inspire in tranquility.
We use light color with some accents to give our guests that sense of calm, relax, and peace.
We do understand how important is for our guest to get home and have quality rest after a long day at the theme parks, the beach, big events, or been all day at the convention center.
So, please enjoy our condo and let us know if you need anything.

Once you are in the community turn right and follow the street, then make your final right and the building is in front as well as any parking available.
