RESPONSE TO COVID-19:

The health and well-being of our guests is our top priority and we have implemented strict cleaning and disinfecting protocol in Q House to mitigate the transmission of COVID-19. Our professional cleaner has deployed enhanced cleaning procedures that are in-line with CDC guidelines specific for COVID-19.

Specifically, after thoroughly cleaning the house, we disinfect guest areas with an EPA-registered disinfectant. This includes all kitchen and bathroom fixtures, light switches, remotes, stair railings, door knobs, and other commonly-touched surfaces. This disinfectant is kid- and pet-safe once dry and, thankfully, has a pleasant scent. We hire a professional cleaner to disinfect the house thoroughly. The whole house is exclusively for guest use and with the smart lock, check-in is very convenient with no in person contact.

THE GREAT ROOM (LIVING & DINING AREA)

Fall in love with the great room concept on the main floor providing a very social environment for your family and friends. This home’s living room is open to the kitchen and dining room. The dining table seats 8 people comfortably. Relax in the living room’s super comfortable sectional couch, gas fireplace and 65" Smart HD TV. The kitchen with a large island, flows seamlessly to the adjoining dining room, making it the perfect social spot to prepare meals.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, new cookware, ample spices, plenty of cabinet space and everything you will need to serve meals, bake cookies and casseroles. There's a dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel sink with garbage disposal, full size stove with oven, full size fridge and freezer. You are also welcome to use other appliances provided such as coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, electric wine opener and slow cooker. It has an island granite countertop that can seat up to four people.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

The main floor has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed; a powder room with a sink and a toilet.

The second floor has the Master’s bedroom with a king size bed en-suite bathroom and a large walk in closet. 3 more guest rooms are in this floor with queen size beds and walk in closets. An additional full bathroom with dual sinks and a bath tub are located near the guest rooms.

All beds are super comfy with high thread count linens.

Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and towels are provided.

COVERED PATIO

Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a happy Hour cocktail at the wonderful covered back patio with a cozy outdoor seating. Enjoy the garden with a fenced backyard perfect for summer entertaining.

FAMILY ROOM

The family room in the second floor has a 70” Smart HD TV, a sofa bed and a bean bag that can be converted into a full size floor mattress. For bookings of more than 12 guests, 2 elevated airbed that comes with a built in electric pump will be provided. Enjoy free Wifi with high speed internet. The Smart Roku TVs have Netflix, Amazon Video, Crunchy roll, HGTV Go and other apps. There’s also various fun board games for both kids and adults.

LAUNDRY ROOM

The laundry room is complete with washing machine, dryer, steamer, iron and ironing board. Laundry detergent is provided as well.

Q House has an attached 2 car garage with additional apron parking and free street parking.

Guests have access to the whole house including the 2 car-garage and additional apron parking. Kids may also enjoy the community playground located right in front of the house. Please be mindful of noise levels so we can be considerate to our neighbors :)
