The interior offers slate flooring in the kitchen, wood floors throughout the rest of the home, crown molding, custom paint colors, and upgraded finishes. (Will be remodeled in April 2023!) Available for mid-term or long-term rental.

The accommodations were just as stated in the listing. Very comfortable, very clean and functional for our family as we attended the UVA graduation. The location is convenient to school, stores and restaurants.

Close to Grounds for Graduation

The property was just as described and fit my family (including 3 grandparents) for UVA graduation. Was concerned that 1.5 bathrooms might be tricky but we made it work just fine. Nice to have a full kitchen to make mornings easier, as well. Great price for grad weekend and so convenient to stores, restaurants, and UVA grounds.
