The location of this condo was SENSATIONAL! The VRBO was close to everything and it made getting to all our activities and restaurants super easy. It was a super safe neighborhood and the owners were so kind. The condo was ample size for the 3 of us. We had so much space. We appreciated the full kitchen also. When there was a heating issue, they were incredibly responsive and fixed it.

Great location

Property was close to everything we wanted to do - just a couple miles from Hollywood boulevard, Koreatown, Griffith Observatory, and since it was so close to the La Brea Tarpits, we visited there too. The neighborhood felt safe and owner was very responsive throughout.

This space was great for a group of friends and close to West Hollywood. Quiet and comfortable. The only thing missing was enough pots to cook, but everything else was great.

Ok apartment but not as expected

The apartment was very poorly stocked. Almost no toiletries, not enough blankets, etc. There also seems to be a kitchen in the photos but it was only a fridge and cupboards. No sink or anything to cook on or with. Otherwise the place is a nice set up, clean and a great location.

lovely neighborhood

Lotsa'[ hot water in a good strong shower. Very comfortable mattresses. Clean. Lovely residential neighborhood [devoid of pedestrians- it is LA] Multiple cafes and markets within walking distance. If you like the herb there is a dispensary close @ hand. The T. V really works. Downsides are manageable if you know about them. No pole lamps or table lamps in the bedrooms. Only one night stand per bedroom. You need to bring a a small lamp that fits over the headboard otherwise the overhead light is not good for reading in bed. Only one towel per person for 4 nights. No face towels and no paper or cloth kitchen towels. No holder for the bathroom toilet paper. No ice cube tray or ice maker. No top sheet in the bed. If you don't have a cell phone and/or app it's hard to reach the owner. However, the cleanliness, the comfortable mattresses, and abundant hot water in a good sized clean apt. in a nice neighborhood make this a good rental.

Why they chose this property

Miracle Mile is a well known, reputable part of the city of Los Angeles that in home to the LACMA and Petersen Automotive Museum. It is literally close to everything a guest desires when they visit the city.

What makes this property unique

My property sits on a historic part of the city called Miracle Mile District which dates back to early 1920s. All of the neighborhood is in a historic preservation zone. It is walking distance to restaurants, stores - Lassens and Target to name a few. Property has a touch of the past as well as the modern living. Front house is from the early 1920s where a welcoming family resides while guests enjoy in the beautiful 2000s made individual living units in the back.
