Complex and Resort Amenities

The Fairways at Mauna Lani is a private gated community. This fantastic complex features a tropical lagoon-style swimming pool with two waterfalls, a hot tub, a fitness center, and a common area. Within Mauna Lani resort are two world-class hotels, the Fairmont Orchid, and the Auberge hotel, with many shops and restaurants.

Guests will have private access to the exclusive Mauna Lani Beach Club and Restaurant. This beach club offers incredible snorkeling within the resort and hiking trails along the ocean that connects to the Fairmont Orchid and Auberge. Mauna Lani Resort also has two championship golf courses.

Important Property Notes

Car Registration – Upon arrival you must register your car with the managing office.

Parking – This unit only comes with 1 (one) outdoor parking spot. Any parking stall that is vacant is available to use for guests. The garage has supplies and beach gear for guest use but holds the owner's vehicle and will not be available for guest parking.
