Ideally situated between 2 world-class resorts in a private, gated community, this fantastic 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath villa provides easy access to breathtaking beaches and world-class dining, shopping, golf, and spas. With the Shops at Mauna Lani only a 10-minute walk, you'll have an array of nearby dining and shopping options. The villa is within minutes of award-winning restaurants, such as Tommy Bahamas (Mauna Lani Shops), Brown's Beach House (Fairmont Orchid), and Napua (Mauna Lani Beach Club). Each one voted one of the Top 10 dining venues on the Big Island by Open Table members!

The living room greets you with tropical decor and comfortable seating in the sleeper sofa gathered around a flat screen TV. From here, you can access your private lanai, where you can grill up burgers and dine alfresco! Lounge out here with a drink and sunbathe under the Hawaiian sun.

Steps away is a dining table for 6 and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the standards including a drip coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, and more to make you feel right at home. If you don't feel like cooking, just check out one of the numerous restaurants nearby.

The master bedroom has a King bed, lanai access, workspace, and large en suite bathroom. The master bathroom has dual sinks, a soaking tub, a standing shower, and a large master closet. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located upstairs. The 2nd bedroom has a King bed and the 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The Fairways at Mauna Lani also has a fitness room perfect for a workout. When done head out to the expansive pool area where there is a pool, hot tub, and plenty of lounge chairs. Guests can also experience the private beach club. This private beach club goes to a beautiful beach with calming waters and lounge chairs for guest use only along with a restaurant/bar to add to the beach experience.

Good option for Big Island

Clean, spacious, quiet place for our family of four. Kitchen was well stocked and we didn’t have to buy random spices to cook. Short drive to a few grocery/ shopping areas. The beach club card was definitely a big plus; the kids could enjoy a nice sandy beach with protected, calm lagoon water. One minor suggestion would be to add another liner to the windows, at least in bedrooms; shades were a bit too transparent. Would stay again.

Nice condo and location

The condo was very spacious and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and more. The only downside was there was no view from the patio or upstairs. We had 6 adults and a toddler so the place worked out great for us. Many great beaches close by. I would recommend staying here.

Great condo, cold pool, annoying HOA rules

The unit was well stocked, clean, nice. Had lots of beach items too! Unfortunately, the HOA rules in the condo complex made a significantly negative impact on our stay there. The pool is on the cold side, so this limits use outside of prime heat hours. The hot tub has a large sign that says "No one under 8 years old in the hot tub for health and safety considerations". The CDC recommends kids under 5 not go in hot tubs, so I am not sure where they came up with this seemingly arbitrary age limit. Therefore, with two kids under 8, this limited our use of the pool (and made for grumpy kids). The hot tub was also closed for much of our stay as well due to "chemical issues", although we didn't see anyone working on the hot tub so there didn't appear to be any urgency to get it fixed. Also, the fitness room had a sign-up sheet for use (and rules were that only one person could use it at a time). One homeowner had signed up for use for the whole week during the morning, and there were several mornings that were blocked out for "homeowners only". So, the fitness room was not accessible during the morning for our entire stay (1 week). I would not stay here with my family again unless the HOA rules changed.

Fairways Experience

Property is located in an excellent area. The grounds are immaculate, the pool, the gym, the residence are all first rate. Our family had a great time, relaxing having fun in the sun going to the private beach club using the residence for family dinners, relaxing after a full day of being at the beach would stay here again in a heartbeat.
