This adorable oceanside cottage is located just south of downtown Beach Haven. Follow the bike path to all Beach Haven shops, mini golf, restaurants, Fantasy Island and Bay Village. Don t miss out on claiming your little piece of paradise and vacationing on of the most popular islands on the East Coast (LBI). Please reference Listing #119091 when inquiring about property.Tenants must bring their own pillows, linens, blankets and towels.. NO BEACH BADGES!! There is a wall a/c unit in the living room and a smaller a/c unit in the back bedroom. Parking in front of house only. The Rear Apt. Tenants have full use of driveway. Outside shower & laundry room shared with tenants. Tenants DO NOT have use of garage. Laundry room on side of garage only
