$250.00 dog fee w/owners approval for first week $125.00 per week for following weeks. l Completely renovated for 2017. Granite, Stainless Steel, Tile, New Bath. All new appliances. All new furniture. Open living area. Beautiful!! There are 2 parking spaces available per unit. Check out Daddy O s rooftop deck and kick back and enjoy a libation watching the sun set over the bay.

There are 4 Beach Badges provided by owner however, $45/each replacement fee if missing.
