Perfect location, and nice pad! I would stay here again! Just fyi: you can’t put toilet paper in toilet lol! I only ever experienced this before in Europe so that was new for me.

Had a great time during our stay. A slight issue at check in where but host was very receptive and helpful in rectifying the situation. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants and a great location with beautiful views of the lagoon and ocean. Easy starting point for all our adventures while here in San Juan, Puerto Rico. We will definitely stay again.

Great location and close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The only aspect is the kayaks. It was not clear that they are not part of the property to use and were only available to rent. I would just make that clear in the description. Otherwise, it was a great stay and a great property.

Thanks for your review, Jill. Just to be clear, and thanks for bringing this to our attention, we never offered kayaks inside the listings. It is an alternative activity most of the Condado visitors do in the area. Many tour companies offer this activity, and when guests ask, we point out where to go and rent a kayak. We encourage any person looking to book any property to ask if it is not clear in the listing and a question arises. We can include pictures about things to do in the area, but that doesn't mean we own the beach, the restaurant, El Yunque, or the bioluminescent bay. If it is not mentioned, assume it is included is not right. We are here to help and to make your vacation memorable and easy; ask us. We have you.

We enjoyed our stay and we will definitly be back. Coundo is quite, safe and cozy with beautiful ocean and bay view from the balcony. We loved how close is to Condado restaurants, shopping and beaches. Thank you a great service!

Location is perfect! Walk to shops, restaurants, beach, and everything in Condado. Quick Uber ride to Old San Juan. Great view of both the ocean and lagoon from the balcony. The room was exactly as described. Very clean and was everything we needed including beach stuff. The building and surrounding area is in disrepair. One of the two elevators stopped working while we were there. Lagoon access is not available as the space between the building and lagoon is overgrown and not maintained.

Thanks for your review. We're thrilled that you enjoyed our walkability and location. Thanks for bringing up that our studio is exactly as described; for us, transparency is really important. We are sorry one of the two elevators stopped working during your stay. I know waiting a few more minutes can be frustrating, especially when we want to arrive. The good thing is our HOA; the administrator called immediately, and in less than 24 hours the elevator was working. About the access to the lagoon, mangroves are protected. They help and protect the coastline. To trim the mangroves we need a permit from DRNA, if we are close to the hurricane season, trimming mangroves is not allowed. They will be the protection barrer in a case of a natural event. Sometimes it is an easy access, sometimes it is a narrow access. Thats how we protect our natural resources and coastline.

Honey/Baby Moon

My Wife and I stayed here for a week for our Honey/Baby Moon and it was incredible! The condo we stayed in was small and cozy for the both of us and the A/C felt amazing after a long day outdoors. Glenda made check in/out easy and was always quick with replies to any questions we had. I highly recommend anyone to stay here if you're visiting PR!

Absolutely a Gem in Condado

I loved my time here with my wife in Puerto Rico and this Vrbo was absolutely great. The view of both the Lagoon and Beach were wonderful to see each day and the room was super comfy. It is near everything in the condado region and only a 15 minute drive or so to Old San Juan. Would come back here again.

Location, location, location! We loved staying by the water and the amazing view from the place. There was an issue checking in but it was resolved after about 30 minutes since we had a late check in. The apartment was clean and had supplies for the beach which was nice. I wish there would have been hot water and more towels, but I understand electricity is expensive. Thanks again for the lovely stay.
