The apartment is in the heart of Condado with its beaches, dining and activities all within walking distance.
The décor is modern yet warm.
Located on a high floor, it has been fully renovated with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Condado Lagoon, Port of San Juan and Ashford Avenue from all rooms. The water views are breathtaking by day and as spectacular by night when Condado's Ashford Avenue and San Juan come alive. Sit on the balcony, on the comfortable patio furniture and absorb the surroundings while sipping a cool drink. My condo is centrally located and is within walking distance to many spectacular beaches and dining. It is located diagonally from the newly built Condado Vanderbilt and Condado Ocean Club Hotels, two blocks from the La Concha Hotel and one block from the Ventana al Mar Park and sandy Condado beach. You are in the heart of Condado and within walking distance to all. Some of the other local amenities are the hotels, casinos, bars, nightclubs, restaurants and shopping areas. Kayaking, Paddle Boarding and other water sport rentals are available at the lagoon. Supermarkets and pharmacies are also nearby. Public transportation (bus or cab) can take you to Old San Juan which is less than a 10 minute ride.

Central located lots of shops restaurants and access to old San Juan town if u like exploring Take advantage to explore tours to see more of Puerto Rico’s Rainforest, coffee or cocoa plantations, Kajak and cave tours, all within 2 hour distance. The apartment was well equipped and had great views of both lagoon and ocean.

Our stay was excellent- the host was very communicative and accommodating. The property manager was kind and helpful. This beautiful condo is right in the mix of it all- excellent restaurants, bubbling nightlife and a brisk electric scooter ride from Old San Juan. The private parking under the building was very convenient and affordable. We would certainly stay again.

We had an AMAZING stay at the condo. Maritza went way out of her way to help us with late night arrival and Anthony could not have been more responsive and welcoming. From restaurant recommendations to rain forest information they couldn’t have been more helpful. The condo was PERFECT! The location couldn’t have been better and as so many have said, the views are breathtaking from every window. Bed very comfortable and kitchen very well stocked. The place was immaculate. I honestly can’t find anything negative to say. I’m already missing my morning coffee on the balcony. Beach only a couple of blocks away and grocery and drug store less than 10 minutes away. No need for car rental. One day we walked to old San Juan. A hike but we loved it. We hope to return.

The location was wonderful walking distance to everything. One of the issues we had was refrigerator freezer was making weird noises every hour or so was very annoying especially when you have to go to sleep.

I wish you would have let me, or Maritza know that the refrigerator was making noise, I would have sent over a repairman. It's possible it may need to be defrosted, or something happened during the last power outage. We are working on it now. Again, if we knew about it, we would have addressed it then.

I consider myself very lucky that this condo was available. We were a party of two and the location is unbeatable. The beach is right across the street. The condo has spectacular views of the ocean and the lagoon and is very safe. We spent a lot of time in the balcony. The condo is a short ride from the airport. There is paid parking in the building and rental cars are steps away. The restaurants are within walking distance. Anthony, the property owner was extremely friendly, helpful and reachable over the phone. Maritza, the property manager was also very nice. The condo was clean, well furnished and equipped with everything you could need. It had beach towels and beach chairs! We will be back to PR and stay at this property!

My wife and I vacationed in Condado numerous times before finding this wonderful condo. We fell in love with the views and decided it was just right. We did a complete renovation to accent the water views and highlight the beauty of Condado.

What makes this property unique

Location and views are what it's all about! Not to mention the impressive interior design work throughout the condo. Perfect getaway for a couple.
