We loved staying here. The outside temp was 102F and I was very worried that where we would be staying would be hot. But, it was very pleasant. Everything was perfect. We only stayed one night and did not use the kitchen, so I can't comment on that. But everything else was perfect. Beds were comfortable. House was close to things we wanted to see.

The property is just as advertised. Its very cute, cozy, comfortable and welcoming. Its conveniently located right off I40, which makes it very easy to get anywhere. I highly recommend choosing this property for your next stay in Amarillo. Tim is very receptive to communication and answers immediately.

Decorated nicely, furniture was classy and well made. Not the average cheap metal bed frames. Kitchen well equipped. Parking off street and safe. Best property I’ve stayed at yet
