New Beautiful 4/BR Vacation Home

This is a single-friendly family home- 4-bedroom house for 10 guest to spend quality time together. This property is near interstate I10, highway 99 and 290. Our cleaning crew professionally cleaned before and after each stay. Guest must be 18 years+ to make reservations.
No parties or large events gatherings or get together, luncheon etc. No exceptions! Cameras have been installed and will record you on arrival. please note!
This clean and adorable, cozy, safe and beautiful single family 2 story home is in a quiet neighborhood in katy Texas. This vacation home has a king size bed, it can accommodate up to 4 free car parking and has unlimited internet connection for your remote work, video screaming or all type of uses. Don’t hesitate to consider staying with us for your out-of-town short-term visits, wedding ceremonies, family vacations/ or holidays, work and or official engagements because we care.

Spacious & comfortable!

Very nice house, great location in good neighborhood. Enough bedrooms, bathrooms & living space to be perfect for multi-generational family, ping pong table a bonus! Host responded quickly & was very accommodating.

What makes this property unique

The home is fully equipped. It is equipped with smart TV for your movie streaming, private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped to enable guests cook meal of their choice hence feel home away from home. It is equipped with brand new washer and dryer and the master bedroom has a dedicated work space and an unlimited internet connection incase you work from home. Guest will have the whole house to themselves including the garage. The home has a security camera in front, the back and at the entrance door.
