The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave the sheet on the beds and just unmade. We will remove the sheets. Please start a load of towel and leave all other towels on the floor in the laundry room.
If you have used any dishes please load them into the dishwasher and start it. Wash any other dishes that will not fit in the dishwasher.
Double check to make sure you have everything:) Lock the front and back door. Leave garage door in the house unlocked, but make sure the garage door itself is down/closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please NO SHOES worn in the home. If there is an excessive mess in the home on top of normal cleaning there will be a $300 cleaning fee assessed.
NO SMOKING around the front or back door. If there is a smell of smoke in the home, there will be an additional $500 cleaning charge.
NO PETS are allowed inside the home. Due to others who have pet allergies. If a pet has been in the home there will be a $1000 charge for cleaning.

What makes this property unique

We are nestled just out side of the city limits. We are close enough to the grocery store or a restaurant but just far enough from town to give you the peace and quiet we all enjoy on vacation. We sit on about 2 acres of property and have plenty of room to move and enjoy others company!
