The newly remodeled apartment offers a relaxing ambiance. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, Netflix, and Hulu for your entertainment. The central AC and ceiling fan provide a breezy feel, while the large windows let in natural sunlight and fresh air.

The apartment has two private decks; one is accessible via the living room, and the other is accessible through the main front bedroom. These decks offer a great amenity to spend some quality time outside in the fresh air and ample sunlight. The living room features two comfortable couches, a seating area, and a reading area.

The dining area seats four and can be used as a workstation area. You can enjoy quality time with family and friends while seated at the dining table. The fully-stocked kitchen provides all necessary amenities such as a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, quality appliances, fridge, and freezer. The apartment also includes a private in-unit washer and dryer, free of charge.

Both bedrooms have private doorways, ceiling fans, and enough space to ensure maximum privacy. The spacious bathroom is fully ceramic and has a vanity, mirror, toilet, shower, and tub hook-up. There's also easy access to the washer and dryer area. The spiral staircase offers access to the upper bedroom level and bathroom area.

The apartment's convenient location allows easy access to restaurants on South Street, Lombard Street, and Spruce Street. Any reservations over 30 days will require a monthly inspection and professional unit cleaning. The cleaning will be serviced by my cleaning technicians and it is $100 per cleaning. This helps me maintain the integrity and quality of the unit. Masks will be worn by the tech and I will always schedule the cleaning with you in advance.
There is so much to say about this area so I will give it a shot. First the neighborhood is very safe and convenient. Once you walk out the door you will quickly get a sense of how the family friendly takes over this quaint area.

We are also located just one block from Grad Hospital and South Street with everything to do only a 5 min walk away. You have dozens of restaurants, shops, businesses and venues all at your fingertips.

There is a basketball park 2 blocks away and jogging takes place everywhere you look too in this area.
