Hi! My name is Kristin, and I'm originally from Princeton, NJ. Now, I live between Delray Beach, Florida and Telluride! That's right, this amazing condo is my personal home as well, so it is truly taken care of and STOCKED with everything you need for cooking, laundry, and even some free weights to work out with, if you'd like! I am a sports nutritionist, personal trainer, and health coach, so living an active, healthy lifestyle is key! This is one of the reasons why I love Telluride so much:)
I am an avid hiker, skier, and now learning to mountain bike! I also love to enjoy a great meal, glass of wine, and a great cocktail from time to time:) Telluride is the PERFECT place for all of this; we have AMAZING food! Make sure to ask me for your specific preferences, and I'll help you out!
When you visit Telluride and stay at my place, I will give you all of my recommendations for restaurants, hikes, and many activities! Always reach out to me and ask:)

A year later, I fell in love with a man there (now my boyfriend), and I mostly stay with him in Mountain Village, leaving my condo vacant (most of the time).
I manage this property MYSELF because I want to know it is in good hands and that guests have direct access to ME if they need anything, not a management company who may not reach out right away. I am a great communicator and have an army of people who help me take care of the property, if I am out of town.

Why they chose this property
My place is so special because it is cozy, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, and on the "West End" of town, which I LOVE because it's quieter, parking is WAY easier (although I do have a parking spot you can use!), and we are directly across from the valley floor, which is home to lots of roaming elk:)
I love to walk the River Trail to town, which is one of Top 3 favorite things to do in Telluride:) The condo is steps from the trail, and it's so peaceful! You will also see people fly-fishing in it, or dogs taking a quick bath!
We are also at the base of Chair 7, so you can walk right to the life! I like to ski Telluride Trail (blue route) home, but there are also blacks and double black routes to take home as well, if you're a skilled skier!
We are also a 3-minute walk to Clark's Market (for all grocery needs), 5 minutes to There bar (best cocktails in Telluride, besides Timber Room and Le Petite Maison), and a great wine store!
Lastly, when I don't feel like walking 10-15 min into town, the FREE shuttle is right outside the condo, and runs every 15-20 minutes.
