Cozy Riverside Cottage

Book with confidence! I am an accomplished and professional host with many reviews and locations on other platforms. I just recently joined VRBO and I can assure you a positive experience.

This is a private cottage on its own lot with its own driveway and yard located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Several grocery stores and restaurants for delivery/pick up in the area. 400 MBPS Internet connection for those who need a reliable internet connection for work/movie streaming! Please note guest maximum is 4. There are no additional guests or visitors allowed.
The space
The house itself is only about 5 years old so everything is relatively new. There is an outdoor yard space and small rear deck. The cottage is free standing and on its own lot with its own driveway.

Quant quiet cottage

Check-in was very simple. The neighborhood very quiet and walkable along the bay. All the amenities were available plus extras. The host was super and always reachable, much appreciated. We plan on staying again soon!!

Lovely cottage

Surrounding area so quiet and walkable neighborhood. A great bagel place a mile away!! Host was always responsive. No issues at all with the property, all kitchen, bath and bedding needs. Good internet that I could work with TV in bedroom and living room. Great stay!

Quiet, clean, and comfortable

Cottage is very comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is quiet and in natural surroundings. Be prepared for spotty reception (screenshot access code) but WiFi is excellent in home, so is the TV/music system. Over all, excellent value and great accommodations in a beautiful spot. Only needed it for the weekend, but would book as a destination for some peace and quiet.
