Summary:
Downstairs you will find a full kitchen with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Across from the kitchen is a half bath. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with an oversized shower. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Two rooms have a king sized bed and the other has two sets of full over full bunk beds. Additionally, the living room has a 65 inch Roku TV, and each bedroom has its own 42 inch Roku TV. You will love this home away from home.

The home was built in 2018 and has a modern look and feel.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire downstairs. Upstairs guest will have access to 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock,
so there are no keys to keep up with!
The Neighborhood:
Quite up and coming neighborhood in Midtown. Right outside of Cooper Young.
Getting Around:
Ride sharing services are available. Cooper-Young is within walking distance where you will find multiple restaurants.

Please note: One night stays are only valid for Sunday
through Thursday nights, weekends are a minimum of two
nights.

It’s likely you won’t see me during your stay, which allows
you more privacy and convenience. However, I am here
