Best Monthly Rental minutes to Las Vegas Strip! 3bdrm 2bathroom fully stocked
Perfect Location, Cozy & Comfortable, Furnished w/ Everything you need. Property is secured w/ cameras, Security System, Solar Power & Reverse Osmosis water purifier for drinking. Close Proximity to Las Vegas Strip, China Town and Downtown Las Vegas. Perfect Monthly Rental for you and your family. We love hosting! Home Rules:
We kindly ask for No parties, No smoking, No loud music and that you respect the neighbors.
Any damages will be charged to you directly.
No Pets is preferred but a small dog is allowed. Smoking fine is $500. No access to garage. Trash bins need to be taken out on Tuesday evenings. Gardner comes twice a month. ProfessionalCleaning during your stay is optional for a fee.
Please leave the air conditioner on at one consistent temperature. Turning the AC unit ON/ OFF is not allowed.
When cooking or showering, please turn a ceiling fan on for air circulation- the fire alarm may sound if the fan is not circulating the air.
The home is stylish and cozy with the best quality bedding and linens. We ask that you keep the home clean during your stay.
Inside plants will need water once a week. The home comes with a reverse osmosis drinking water machine, SoulCycle Bike, fully stocked kitchen and laundry room.
Please note, the plumbing is very sensitive and we ask that no toilet paper or wipes be flushed. Bathrooms have large containers for proper disposal of paper items. It is not allowed to put food items down the garbage disposal. Please discard of all food items in the trash. Any plumbing issues need to be reported immediately. Please treat this home like your home. At the end of your stay we ask that all linens and towels be placed in the laundry areas, trash be taken out to the bins and dishwasher be loaded with the items you’ve used. Thank you for staying at our home
