About this property

Location is everything at this quaint & cozy home located just over a mile from the University of Montana and Missoulas “Hip Strip.” This two bedroom, one bath home sits on a corner lot and has a large fully fenced backyard. It is close to many of Misssoulas finest attractions. Downtown boutiques, shops, galleries and restaurants are just over a mile away. Enjoy nearby Caras & Bonner park. Endless outdoor recreation opportunities are available right out the door!

About the space….
This craftsman style home was built in thee 1940’s. It has cozy, hand textured walls and soft archways. Both bedrooms have new queen mattresses. In the smaller room the mattress is only accessible from one side of the bed. The home is approximately 950 SQ Ft. The. living room has a comfy couch with a smart tv that can stream whatever platform you have. Off the living room there is another seating area leading into the kitchen. The large backyard is fenced and in a very safe neighborhood.

Please note: We LOVE our four legged friends and it’s important to us to be able to offer a pet friendly home but we must know if you are bringing a dog with you. We also ask you pick up your dog Pooh.

Guest access:
Full access to the upstairs home and back yard. Please note this home does have a separate basement apartment. The owners live outside of town and occasional stay in the apartment for work.

Other things to note: The kitchen counters are worn and we are working on getting them replaced.

Came in for a Griz game, location is not quite walking distance to Washington Grizzly Stadium but easy Uber ride over.
