Anglers will appreciate being just over a mile from Apache Pier. Golfers will have virtually endless nearby options for top-notch golf courses to choose from, including Dunes Golf & Beach Club, Arcadian Shores Golf Club, and Barefoot Resort & Golf.

After a day at the beach, rinse off at one of the poolside showers and enjoy a refreshing dip in your choice of three gated-entry pools or the hot tub. Two shared grills are also available on-site.

The inviting interior showcases stylish coastal decor and bright, beachy color tones, along with a host of updated furnishings and appliances. The covered balcony overlooking one of the pools offers a breezy perch for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Italian leather recliner sofas, A DVD library, and a cable-equipped TV set the scene for casual downtime and family movie nights in the living area. Gleaming quartz countertops, a subway tile backsplash, ample cabinet space, and a full suite of major kitchen appliances are equipped for home meal prep. Additional essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Pest Control comes on the third Thursday of every month and must be let in for treatment. $50 fine for entry refusal.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
