1st Floor Makes A Huge Difference -- Sit & Relax on Deck Overlooking Pool

This is the best located, nicest unit in the complex, beautifully decorated, and well maintained 1st Floor condo is much more than a rental unit. It is truly one of the best vacation values on Shore Drive with restaurants in walking distance. We have furnished this unit with new cabinets, counter tops, appliances, have very nice furniture in place, are located in an area where you can sit on the rear patio and watch the kids play in the pool without leaving the balcony. This unit has extra amenities that you simply don't find in hotels, motels, or many other vacation rentals. We use this unit frequently and it is complete with everything you will need for a memorable beach vacation. This is a second row, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located at Shipwatch Pointe ll, and will easily accommodate 5 people. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, and full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and an adjoining full bathroom. This unit has its own washer and dryer, overlooks the outdoor pool, and is only 150 yards from the beach. This unit is on the end nearest the road and makes the walk much shorter.

Shipwatch Pointe II DOES NOT ALLOW motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, or pets on the premises. These will be towed at owners of motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, etc., expense and asked to vacate property without a refund.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age.

Great Host and Ideal Location for pool

Marcia was a great communicator. The check-in process was seamless and so was checkout. The kitchen was updated and the carpet was good for our little ones. Perfect location to hangout at the pool while the little ones napped, because the monitor reached. You can also walk 2 minutes and get to a restaurant and convenience store, which is on the way to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable condo in a great location

Marcia is a kind and responsive host. The location is great, 3 min walk to the beach in a relatively quiet part of Myrtle. Beds were really comfortable. WiFi was sufficient for general use but not great for multiple Zoom calls going at once. Be sure to bring essentials (shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels) but Marcia makes this clear beforehand.

We had a bit of bad weather during our stay so we spent a good bit of time in the condo. Lucky for us the beds, living area and kitchen were very well stocked and comfortable. When the weather did break the location is just a short walk from the beach. Will returned to this unit

This condo was clean, efficient, great WIFI and all the amenities are in great shape as well and this condo is very close to the beach located in a quiet neighborhood, I actually was able to get in my usual 3 mile walk in the area, I love the privacy, close stores to include several bars and ABC store all within walking distance of this condo. Marcia was polite and prompt when responding for a few small questions, I plan to return and rent this condo again

We have stayed at Shipwatch II for many years but this is our first time in this unit. It is nicely decorated and comfortable. The only suggestion is to have a place to hang wet towels and swimsuits.

We are a retired couple from Ontario who travel to S.C. to play golf each March. Condo is quite a drive to reasonable and popular golf courses. That is the only negative.

Very pleased with the condo. The condo was very clean, had comfortable furniture and a well equipped kitchen. It fit our needs perfectly. Had a great balcony with a patio set that overlooked the pool. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool area..had plenty of chairs, tables with umbrellas and chaise loungers. The Shipwatch Point II condo complex was well maintained. From the condo, it was just a short walk to the beach. Marcia returned a call immediately when we couldn't locate the 2nd parking pass and this was quickly resolved.

This is the best Condo, location is perfect, everything you need plus! Comfortable, convenient, well located. Marcia was great to work with! I enjoyed our stay, when I didn’t feel like doing “Sand” just went out back to the pool which was very nice! Stores were well located, Kroger was up the street, Walmart was close. Entertainment was convenient something for everyone! Restaurants were everywhere a Seafood lovers delight! Found a great Breakfast restaurant, the Stack House, great breakfast! Great Vacation!!
