Our house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood with mostly working and retired professionals.
From our home, you may walk to grocery stores, restaurants, convenience stores, and public transport stations, such as BART station and BUS station.
Freeway to downtown, Golden Gate bridge, SFO, and San Mateo/Silicon Valley is less than half-mile away.
BART runs behind the house down the hill. The house is up on the hill. Can feel the small vibration from BART.
For all long-term reservations (30 nights min stay), the utility bill standard allowance for 10 guests is as follows:
--PG&E (Gas and electric bill): $200/month
--Water: $75/month
--Garbage: $135 (64 gallon landfill, 64 gallon recycle, 64 gallon compost, curbside garbage pick up every Friday morning). Any citation for garbage mismanagement will be the citation date's current guest's responsibility.
--Internet: 1229 GB usage every month. Internet speed 500 Mbps.
If the utility charges are higher than the standard allowance amount for up to 10 guests, the guest will be responsible for the additional charges. The amount will be adjusted if there are more than 10 guests for the stay.
NOTE: There is no aircon in the house. It is common for houses in Daly City to not install aircon since it only tends to go around 65F to 75F (18C to 24C) even in Summer.

Guests access the entire home via lock pad entry using the last 4-digits of their phone number. Self check-in. You can arrive at any time after the standard check-in time.
3 driveway parking spots are available. 3rd spot is in front of the gate entrance and the car must be maneuvered in.
The house has been fully remodeled from top to bottom. There are 7 bedrooms, 6 baths. It’s perfect for large groups who are looking for a vacation rental house with luxury finishes that is near BART. This large newly fully remodeled two-level single-family home has 7 bedrooms: 1 King bed, 5 Queen beds, and 2 twin beds on a day bed. Air beds are available upon request. There are a total of 6 bathrooms with showers. No more waiting to use the bathroom. We can also accommodate a group of 15 or more! There are 3 car parking spaces on the driveway and a huge backyard. Full kitchen upper level and 1 full kitchenette on the lower level. There are pots and pans, a toaster, coffee, and tea. Just bring your bag!
