Spacious 3 bedroom, of which 2 large and a smaller 1 with full size bed Apt on 2nd floor of my prewar Mansion available for short or longer rentals. Close to John Hopkins, Loyola and Notre Dame and a short drive or bus ride to Charles Village, Hampden, Belvedere Square and Towson with a bus-stop right at doorstep.

Pleasant Stay

It is very pleasant, spacious apartment with good natural light. The location in Roland Park is excellent. Lovely area. The host responded very quickly to anything that came up. We stayed a month and would stay there again.

Great stay in Baltimore

My son daughter in law and 6 year old grandaughter stayed to visit family that lives nearby. This home was perfect for us and gave is all a room with comfy beds. The sofa needs to be replaced asap but other then that it as great.

Appears that guest had an accident where the sofa broke but didn’t report the accident. We rather found out based on the review which led to my examining the sofa and yes indeed had to change it as there had been a breakage.

Genuinely surprised and obviously disappointed by the low rating. Guest said they enjoyed their stay but expressed concern that the apt door was u locked upon their arrival. That is expressly stated on the arrival information — we purposely leave apt door unlocked (it’s the safest neighborhood in Baltimore & it’s inside of a secure hallway) for ease of access to guests. Guest was hyper-vigilant (which of course is their prerogative) and seemed concerned that a bathroom window was left open by someone other than them — a highly unlikely occurrence. Overall, I had no issues with guest but I couldn’t help thinking that their hyper-vigilance would be a cause for anxiety that’s reflected in the rating despite their describing the stay as otherwise pleasant.

Roland Park is hands down the nicest neighborhood in Baltimore, indeed one of the nicest period in Maryland and the country, renowned for its famous schools both private as well as the public school.

What makes this property unique

Roland Park is the oldest organized community in the country full of historic homes. As such you will find that my home is a protected historic home with all the charm that comes with that. That also makes this home somewhat delicate in some areas but we love to believe that we have given it the TLC it needs
