The area in and around Reynolds offers endless options on the land and lake for adults and children of all ages. Local activities and outward exertions are abound for fun, as well as historic & educational experiences.

This lake front property features direct dock space (4-8 ft. depth) just feet away from the back patio and has full open access to Lake Oconee and all it has to offer. Boat and other water rentals are available with marinas only minutes away by car or boat (Young Harris Water Sports). Moreover, it is only a quick drive by car, boat, or PWC from the house to the Ritz Carlton (8-10 minutes).

The Marina Cove neighborhood is unique and offers open & wooded space, as well as a long-winding boardwalk which features a lakeside beach and spacious pavilion. This is a great location for children and dogs to enjoy swimming in the clean and beautiful waters of Lake Oconee. This is also a good spot for sunning, throwing a frisbee or football, as well other activities for kids and adults! The boardwalk winds around the lake showing some of Reynolds many beautiful homes and is perfect for strolls, as well as vigorous exercise. It is also great for fun dog walks at all times of the day!

The interior of the house features an open floor plan beginning with a modernly designed kitchen with clean lines, white cabinetry, and contemporary appliances, including an electric stovetop, oven, toaster and microwave. The refrigerator and freezer are both large, as is the sink and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-quality cookware, pots, pans, cooking/serving utensils, and serving dishes. There are ample plates, glasses, cups, and eating utensils to accommodate groups. There is a coffee machine which offers pot or individual brew/pod options. The kitchen and pantry are stocked with coffee/pods, creamers, sweeteners, and accessories for your enjoyment. Garbage bags are available, and if full, need only be be deposited conveniently in a bin located directly outside of the side of the house. The house is professionally and fully cleaned/sanitized by a cleaning crew between each guest stay.

The open concept continues to the upstairs dinning area which is spacious and perfect for casual or formal meals. Both a dinning room table and chairs are available, as are bar stools for the kitchen counter eating space. Beyond the dinning area, is the upstairs living room which features a wrap-around sofa, as well as other seating, and features a 65-inch wall mounted smart television. The views of Lake Oconee from inside the upstairs living room, as well as from the attached balcony are unmatched with sunsets and sunrises not to be believed. The upstairs balcony, which is accessed through French doors, features seating including a swing loveseat perfect for relaxing with open views of the lake at all times of day. A more beautiful way to drink coffee in the morning is hard to find.

Also located upstairs is the large Master Bedroom, which features expansive lake views, day and night, as well as access to the balcony. The Master Bedroom features a King-Size bed with luxury linens and blankets. The room features a 40-inch flat screen smart TV, as well as multiple wireless charger device ports. The Master Bathroom has a large walk-in shower with excellent water pressure and heat. The bathroom features two sinks, as well as luxury towels, hand and wash clothes. There is ample cabinetry in the room and a large, finished walk-in closet in the Master Bedroom.

The first Guest Bedroom is also upstairs. It also has a King-Size bed with luxury linens and blankets. The room features a 40-inch flat screen smart TV. There is spacious closet space and cabinetry. There is also an "office nook" in the room with full desk, chair, lamp, and attachable flat screen computer monitor for guest use.

Just outside the upstairs Guest Bedroom is the upstairs Guest Bathroom. This bathroom also features a substantial walk-in shower with excellent water pressure and heat. This bathroom is stocked with luxury towels, hand and wash clothes.

Lastly, upstairs tucked away in a hallway closet is the modern side-by-side washer and dryer. This laundry and utility area is fully stocked with laundry products and other household cleaners, a vacuum, etc. There are also basic household tools, though a local caretaker is available to attend to the home at all reasonable times.

Taking a walk down the stairs to the first level, you will be stunned by the large main room featuring a standard-sized red-felt pool table, wine/beer fridge, dry bar, 55-inch wall mounted smart TV, and stunning lake views. This room also has a full "office" set-up with a large powered desk with duel monitors facing an exquisite view of the lake. There are billiards sticks for adults and children, as well as everything else needed for fun games of pool while watching sporting events and enjoying a drink!

Just off the downstairs main room is the third Guest Bedroom which features two Queen-Size beds and a 40-inch TV. There is ample cabinetry and storage. This room also has outstanding lake views during the day and night,

The third bedroom is connected to the large downstairs Guest Bathroom. As the others, this bathroom, features a walk-in shower with excellent water pressure and heat. This bathroom has a separate, private toilet room. The bathroom is also stocked with luxury towels, hand and wash clothes.

A large stocked charcoal Weber barbeque is available to be used just off the patio for grilling day or night. Just steps down and merely feet from the patio is the firepit, perfect for roasting marshmallows or just hanging out by a fire under the beautiful Georgia sky while soaking in views of the lake day or night. Little kids will enjoy the abundant fireflies!

The house is located within the private club gates of Reynolds Lake Oconee and is only about an hour from Atlanta. Gate access is granted to guests for the duration of their stay and can be used at any gate on Reynolds property (including The Landing and Great Waters).

The property is only 45-55 minutes away from Augusta and the Masters Tournament. Athens and the University of Georgia are also only a 40-45 minute drive for families visiting or with children at schools in the area. This lake house is perfect for weekend getaways with your college age children and their friends.
