Comfortable home

Comfortable place to stay for two months. Easy access to expressway and main thoroughfares. Quick two blocks walk to restaurants and Starbucks.

Nice house, clean, good neighbors

The house is very clean, attractive, and has a nice fenced patio and yard that is totally private. The living room and kitchen are spacious, and there is an extra sitting room. There is also a private garage with laundry facilities and driveway—all on a quiet, friendly street.

Better than the pictures!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was so functionally designed and was equipped with everything that we needed. There were little extras that made our stay feel like a home away from home. It was very clean and we are tough critics in the cleanliness department. The host was very responsive and helpful! We would love to stay at this same place sometime in the future.

My wife has lived in the Clearwater / St. Pete area since she was 4 years old. We have great family and friends around us and enjoy everything the bay area has to offer.

This property is in an amazing location with thoughtful owners who want nothing more than to provide you with a great experience. The house was our first family home and has been a labor of love. We do all work and remodeling ourselves and take pride in offering our tenants a quiet, clean, and cozy home to make their own.

The house sits in a quiet neighborhood on a corner lot. The backyard is hidden from the street and is gated and private. We're fortunate to say the surrounding neighbors are all kind and friendly people. You'll only be minutes from downtown St Petersburg and Tampa. The house is in an extremely central location that boasts an interstate connecting both cities only a mile away. You'll be able to get wherever you need very quickly. The home is fully furnished and ready for your enjoyment. As an added bonus we know the house like the back of our hands since we lived and worked on it for so many years. This means you'll have the comfort of knowing if you experience any issues with the house they'll be taken care of promptly and correctly.
