The apartment is the upstairs unit of an accessory dwelling unit. There is another home out front but it is not attached to the apartment and not occupied by the hosts (all units are tenant/guest occupied). You have access to the entire upstairs apartment and shared outside patio.
We ask you kindly please be conscious of any guests downstairs and/or in the front home and we will make sure they do the same as well.
Fully-equipped 2/1 upstairs apartment includes:
- Clean sheets, towels and kitchen utensils (pots, pans, knives, silverware, etc.)

Private off street parking is available for one vehicle. On street parking is readily available for guests with an additional vehicle.
There is a bus stop nearby (PSTA bus line #38 near Disston Plaza, see PSTA website for details), but the Tampa Bay area is best experienced by car.
