Expandable dining table seats 2-4. Full size kitchen with plenty of storage. Bedroom features a king size memory foam bed, closet, ceiling fan, and a pool/spa view. There is a patio designated for this apartment as well as large shared pool deck and patio. Bikes, beach gear, kayaks are all available for use. Please note: pool and spa are NOT heated. Overflow spa is for aesthetic purposes only, it will not be heated. Water temperatures will be cooler in winter months.
