The Salty Pearl: Boutique 10th Floor Beachfront Oasis with Sunset Views

Welcome to the Salty Pearl! 10th floor, gulfront, private balcony with full ocean views at Tradewinds, centrally located in Orange Beach. Walking distance to local attractions and restaurants. Perfect place to relax with the whole family. Sleeps up to six with 1 master, sleeping bunks for the children, plus queen sleeper sofa and 2 full bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances and granite countertops. Low density complex to avoid the crowds!

The space
Walk in to amazing direct views of the ocean throughout the entire unit! Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. The granite bar is set up with 4 bar height stools for dining. The kitchen is set up to cook for the entire family with stove, microwave, full refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig, and traditional drip style coffeemaker. Who doesn't love their morning coffee overlooking the sparkling water?? The living area includes a smart TV, DVD player, and several games to choose from. The LazyBoy sofa converts to a queen bed overlooking the ocean! The Master bedroom hosts a queen bed, plenty of storage space, and a full ensuite bathroom with towels/washcloths/shampoo/soap provided by the host. The bunk alcove includes two child/teen-sized bunks directly across from the second full bathroom with large shower/tub combo.

In addition to enjoying the sand and the surf, there are several amenities on the property to enjoy. The outdoor pool extends indoors and is heated during the winter months. There is an outdoor shower to shake off the sand and a grilling area on the lawn adjacent to the complex.

Tradewinds is directly across from Adventure Island and Fat Daddy's Arcade and in walking distance to several restaurants. Tradewinds is 3 miles to The Wharf, a unique collection of shops, restaurants, and activities that you are sure to enjoy. Orange Beach is known for it's family friendly and laid back atmosphere. From golf, live music, parasailing, dolphin cruises, hiking nature trails, to shopping- there is something for everyone!
Other things to note
AGE RESTRICTIONS: Primary renter must be 25 years or older and staying in the unit for the entirety of the stay. Strictly enforced.

PARKING: Maximum of 2 vehicles per unit per stay. One (1) parking pass will be provided at check-in. If you need an additional parking pass, please notify host at least 24 hours prior to arrival. The host will then provide instruction on how to obtain/purchase a second pass upon arrival. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on property.

NO PETS ALLOWED.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

CHECK IN is after 4pm. Early check ins are not permitted to ensure adequate time to have your unit fresh and clean!
CHECK OUT is 10am. Late checkouts are not allowed.

The Salty Pearl was setup perfectly for my teenage daughter and I this past weekend. Plenty of space and she had her own bathroom which made the trip for her! We made lifelong memories eating breakfast and talking on the balcony. All the amenities needed. Don’t forget to grab your favorite coffee pods and enjoy this property!

This condo not only lived up to expectations, it exceeded them. The building is literally right on the beach. The 10th floor balcony view was superb. It was clean and well stocked with towels, linens, kitchen supplies. The VRBO app was down when we arrived but the hosts reached out via text to make sure we had no issues with arrival. We were close to everything, but the best was sunrises and sunsets on the beach. Thank you Robert and Andrea for sharing your beautiful condo. Truly superb.

Perfect beach condo

The Salty Pearl was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The beach view from this 10th floor condo directly on the beach is top notch. The decor was serene, chic and classy while also beachy and warm. The amenities were perfect and the price was ideal. It was very clean and well-appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are adding this condo to our favorites! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful beach retreat. As my kids eagerly asked when we left, “When can we come back?!” 😊

The Salty Pearl is absolutely amazing! Gorgeous view! The unit was clean, the property owners were great. They emailed us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The decor was nice and the unit had all the amenities. It was the perfect unit for my 18 year old daughter and myself. This was our annual Mother/Daughter trip and we definitely will be back. The Salty Pearl is saved under my favorites!

The condo was very clean when we came in, and the view of the beach is amazing! The check in and out directions/process were easy and self explanatory. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. My kids said next time we go, they want to stay in the same place! I do wish there were curtains or shades on the sliding door, the sun woke me up very early from the pull out couch, but it didn’t impact the stay at all.
