Fall Festival Getaway

The apartment was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The neighbor was a little less desirable, but very quiet. Thank you for your hospitality this weekend. Very comfortable stay.

Birthday weekend

We came up from Cleveland to spend a weekend skiing at Holiday Valley for my son's 15th birthday. This place was great. 20 minutes from the hill. Clean, quiet and inexpensive. Perfect for our needs. Thank you. Rod

Great little place!!

Just was very good about communicating for all my needs and questions. Very easy check in. Very clean unit and we had all we needed. We will def Consider coming back if we are are here again. Close to where we needed to be and plenty of places to eat. Thank you again!!

Kitty, The exterior of the building is in the middle of being resided. The rear of the building has been completed. And the front just had new windows installed, and roof replaced. The siding is next, im sorry that the exterior was an issue for you. I only wish you had contacted me during your stay or had replied with any concern prior to leaving a negative review. That way I could have tried to at least make your stay better in some way.

Unique village, quiet town. Very close to Seneca Nation Casino only 15 min drive. Skiing in Ellicottville is 20 mins away. Pat McGee trail access for hiking. Close to Springville, Ny for shopping. Many parks and other activities are found only in the enchanted mountains of Cattaraugus, such as Little Rock City, and Sculpture Park to name a few.
