About this property

Relax and unwind in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a private swimming pool. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the marshland from the front yard while sipping your morning coffee. Also enjoy the screened in back patio that overlooks the pool and the direct access canal and dock. All bedrooms, the living room, and the back patio include a flat screen TV. The property includes access to two bikes and two kayaks for guest use. The dock can be used for fishing but guests must bring their own fishing equipment. The marina and boat ramp are located within a mile of the house. If you would like to bring your boat, please contact us PRIOR to booking for approval as we have our boat onsite. If you wish to heat the pool, there is an additional fee of $25 per night.

We do have an active camera on the front of the house for security purposes. The security camera in the back by the pool is disabled (battery removed) for our guests’ privacy.

Spring Break

Our family used this house during a spring break visit to the area to see other family members. It was a wonderful experience! The house is beautifully maintained and anything you could want was available. Our children enjoyed the pool. A highlight of the trip for our 4 year old was seeing dolphins right off the dock several times in the evening. We will definitely be returning to this house.

Spring break

We loved our stay for Spring Break! The pool, kayaks and bikes made for lots of outside fun. The house is decorated beautifully and was perfect for our family of five!

Nice Weeki Wachee House

The house is nice and clean and right on the canal. Weeki Wachee Springs Part is a 15 minutes drive. About an hour till the Gulf of Mexico beaches.

My husband and I fell in love with Hernando Beach when we came here to scallop in 2015. We have three children and we've vacationed here every summer since. We decided to purchase this vacation home so we can spend more time here with our friends and family.

Why they chose this property

The views are absolutely breathtaking. The property is located on Eagle Nest so the views from the front of the house make you feel like you're in old Florida. The home is located on a very quiet street so it gives you a chance to unwind and enjoy the simpler things in life.
