A very beautiful guest house (upstairs) in a very charming and tree street in a most valuable and Centrical Culver City, Five houses to the park with tennis court, Swimming pool and Racetbal, close to shopping and downtown variety restaurant.
The space
My cozy, Beautiful one bedroom
located on a residental area, a half block to a beautiful park with tennis court and basketball, rocket ball, public swimming
pool, and bick path.
Walking distance to market and resturants also bus stop ,it is on upper one story flor,and it has lots of windows and some views,enough dishes to cook,small table for two have lunch or dinner or cup of vine ,split AC for cool or heath.

A nice little place in a great neighborhood

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. It was centrally located in Culver City with easy access to many attractions and resources. It was a surprise that my friend had rented the upstairs unit, but it worked out perfectly. The place was clean with great water pressure and nice bed couch and kitchen. I do wish there was a more full set of silverware and dishes and a coffee maker. I had to get the WiFi information from my friend upstairs, but it worked great once I was connected.
