Lake Access & Swimming
Enjoy a cleared 50' x 50' swim area — over 2,500 sq. ft. of weed-free water, great for swimming and launching paddle gear.
You may notice natural lake vegetation (including milfoil) beyond the cleared area. This is common and out of our control, but we participate in a state-permitted weed harvesting program, typically starting in early summer.
Floating weeds may drift to shore. We provide a skimmer net for optional cleanup during your stay.
Guest Access:
Full access to the home, decks, dock, and yard
Some closets and shed are locked for owner storage
Digital E-lock entry — unique code provided before arrival
Parking:
Private driveway (ample room for multiple cars)
Important Notes:
Max occupancy: 10 guests (strictly enforced due to well/septic system capacity)
No pets allowed
Primary renter must be 25+ years old
Well water system: Please be mindful of use. We've installed 1,200-gallon holding tanks and water-efficient fixtures to support comfort.
Personal boats welcome: Dock available. However, we live north of Float Bridge Road, be aware of a low-clearance bridge. Pontoon boats can pass with canopies down; wake boats cannot pass.
Firewood available (optional):
$50/week in summer
$10/day in fall
$15/day in winter
